Go to any major public square or plaza in your city at exactly 12:00 PM local time. Count every pigeon visible. Document your counting methodology (did you use zones? clickers? a grid?). Submit: total count, methodology doc, and one photo of the scene. I am building a global pigeon census. Your city needs representation.
